Divorce and false allegations being homo

My wife file divorce case where i am still trying to save marriage, she asscused me to be gay but I am not and had physical relationship with wife, she manipulated chats from some app. Please help.

you can file a petition under section 9 of HMA to save your marriage it helps you to bring your wife back and this way you can restore your marriage. Just saying you a gay is not an option to withdraw a marriage she has to provide a strict proof for it don't worry I will help you to restore your marriage

where your wife file a case and where you live at present. if you really want to continue your marriage you can file a case under sec 9 of hindu marriage act for institute of conjugal rights. also contest your divorce case better way.

Firstly, file a Section 9 petition for the Restitution of Conjugal Rights against your wife, which demonstrates your intent to remain in the marriage and continue the relationship not only to your wife but to the court also.
