First dont judge me I am an idiot i know. Got marrried in sep 2012, PunenSeparated in Aug 2017, i was in NYnShe moved to CalifornianShe started sleeping with random guys.. how i come to know- she used my insurance for checking hiv and std after unsafe sex which i came to know after doctor report came to my home address. I was paying her money and education loon which she took in US. I was in 40000 debt because of it.Back in oct 2018 in delhi, india she said let be united .. i said yes dont know why nnMoved to aus in sep 2020. She was in pune and i was in delhi all this time and covid happenedIn Aus we live in separate room, no sex as she wanted open relationship. Once we had fight i left house and she again slept with somebodyDidn’t want to put my pr on risk so didnt take any decision. I want to come back to india and file for divorce. nI spent 80000 usd on her education in field she didnt do job. Everythig spend on her with literally saving of few lac

contested divorce In NRIs
a contested divorce may be filed by any of these houses on the valid grounds of divorce lay down under the divorce laws of India.
if the marriage is solemised in India it is advisable that the divorce be obtained in India especially in case of a contested divorce.
when a divorce is filed in India by an NRI or divorce attorney can get an exemption for this spouse from personally appearing before the court in India through a power of attorney.
