Main Assam se hun aur apne pati ke dhoka dene ke karan Delhi me meri dost ke ghar pe reh rahi hun 5 saal ho gaye mere yaha apne ke meri ek beti hai aur school jaa rahi hai 5 saal baad main Assam jane ki sochi to mere pati ne bola ki main dusre ladki ke sath hun tum mere ghar pe mat aana dusre jagah par rehna main kharcha dunga. Lekin ye mujhe sahi nahi laga mere batche ke bhavishya ke liye kya kiya jaye aur jaldi divorce ho jaye iska kuch update bataiye

hello madam. the first thing you should do is to file a divorce case against your husband on the ground of cruelty and desertion. Simultaneously you should file a maintenance case against your husband for maintaining you and your daughter. You also have the option to get an FIR registered against him, if dowry was taken by him in your marriage. for more details, you may consult me.

hello mam jaisa ki aaone kaha apke pati ne apko dhoka deke kisi aur ke sath rahena suru kar diya hai to es matter me apko turant karyawahi karne chahea . agar aap chahe ho usko jail bhi ho skate hai aur apko divorce bhi mill jaega . lakin suke kea apko adalat se karyavahi karne padege tabhi possibke hoga.

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then rather dragging your relationship it’s better to file for divorce against him on cruelty grounds. I would suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in max of six months. You can also file a petition under section 125 CrPC and claim your monthly maintenance for yourself as well as for your child. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

aap Delhi mein hi divorce case file kar sakti hain aur Agar Pati sahmat ho to aap mutually goes case Ek Do mahine Mein Hi divorce ho jaega . aur apne Pati ke upar second marriage karne ke liye case bhi kar sakti hain jinhen unhen 7 sal ki Saja bhi ho jayegi advice for advocate Amarjeet Kumar

Jahan par wife rehrahi hoti hai Divorce case wahin par wife file kar sakti hai. Agar husband ne apni jagah par case file kiya hua hai ya krta hai to wah Divorce case transfer krwaya jaskta hai wife ke dwara court ke madhyam se. Agar aap husband wife Mutual divorce lelein to jaldi nipatara ho sakta hai aur jo 6 mahine ka cooling period hota hai mutual divorce m court usko bhi khtm krke jaldi se niptara kr sakti hai. Recently, Supreme Court ka bhi jugment aya hai is sandarbh m.
