I filed complaint in mahila aayog, Even me and my husband attended counseling in mahila aayog. So how can I take copy of my complaint from mahila aayog? Whether RTI is applicable for mahila aayog? Can I take counseling report from mahila aayog? What details contains in mahila aayog report?

Yes...you can always apply for a certified copy of your complaint and the details of counseling through RTI. The report will mention all the evidence in favour or against you and whether a FIR is required to be registered against him or not. And if there's no scope of living together then rather than stretching the relationship you should go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.

Greetings of the day. Yes you can file an RTI application and seek details of the complaint filed before the Mahila Aayog. RTI is applicable to all government authorities. It will contain the statements made by both the parties and whether FIR has been recommended or not.
