Divorce-alimony not paid until date. Divorce ordered

Hi. I am Tanya. Since October 2022, court ordered divorce with 8000₹ to be paid as monthly maintenance to me. But since then I haven't received a single month amount. What action can I take on this??

Hai. I will assist you with respect to the issue that you have raised. You need to file the Execution Petition before the court so that court will issue notice to husband for more details fix an appointment with me through LawRato

you have to go for execution of the order. first of all you need to check if that 8000 was during pendent of the proceeding or thereafter also. if during pendency of the proceeding then after disposal of the case you will not get. if after disposal of the case, then husband have to pay you otherwise you can file execution of the order.
