Divorce after one year seperation from spouse

Hi Team I have been married for 10 years for a abusive husband who manipulate everyone by putting blame on me everytime.Hence I am tired and left his home an year ago and no communication between us.Also he kept our 8 year old daughter in his parents house.How should I proceed to file for divorce and Alimony.Please explain Thank you Looking forward to hear soon

hi if you want to file for divorce then you could file divorce on grounds of physical and mental cruelty and also for maintenance you could file case in court and that you could also file child custody for daughter

first we should file Maintaintenance case on him and childcustody for yr daughter,yu will get monthly maintenance amount from yr husband,child Custody fr yr daughter to be with yu of yr daughter,2 cases we should file one is MC case and child Custody,kindly meet me in my office we can do it
