Divorce After Marriage With A Boy Who Is Smaller In Age By 15 Years..?

Can a wife take divorce with husband and marry a boy who is 14 years smaller than her? Wife age is 39 and boy age is 25. Can husband refuse for divorce and give a reason that she cannot marry a smaller age boy? Can a society or any communitised association create any issue if the wife wants to marry 14year smaller boy after taking divorce from her husband. I am a hindu bengali brahmin lady and the boy whom i want to marry is also of my caste and religion. My husband is not giving me divorce and saying that i wont allow you to marry that boy. I love him and i dont want to stay with my husband. I have tried to contact police but i am getting no help. I want to go away from my husband and stay with the boy but he is creating mental and physical voilence to me. He is gathering people and creating abnormal situations and guiding wrong to everyone. The boy stays at boisar and i want to go with him. What i can do. I dont want to stay here. Can anyone help me? I am under mental preessure.
