Divorce after long separation, details about alimony and compensation

I have been married since 11 years under Hindu marriage Act. And we were staying abroad. After 1.5 years we separated and he came to India and filed Divorce. after 4 yrs when it was coming to the trial and evidence stage, he withdrew saying to settle amicable. But he never reconciled. not gave any mainteinance. We don't have children. HE is impotentnI filed DVC which is the process.How long will it take if I file Divorce petition with compensation and alimony? we have 9 years of separation
hi if you wanted to apply for divorce then you could also apply for maintenance and the time taken for divorce proceedings cannot be told now as it is based on various factors but if u would divorce take by mutual consent then it would be easy

hi this is k n s k vara prasad high court advocate in your case you did not mention when the divorce case filed and what the status of the case why because the case will not be run nearly 7 years that is up to trial was not done . so my question is do you get the summons and appear the court for the trial or not. who is applied the divorce. you are saying he is impotent. then why did you wait for long time. i suggest you clearly contact me by phone or come with case papers . consultation charges will be applicable
