Divorce across borders and child custody

I am a doctor in UK and my wife left me with our child 1yr old to live with her parents.What are my options for gaining divorce and child's custody?

Hi Sir, You need to file divorce proceedings in India ( if marriage took place here). Additionally file case Guardianship & Wards Act for child custody Please call for further clarification on the same Thanks Adv Dr Preeti

hye first of all one thing the custody is depends upon the circumstance and in favour of father custody of child is only 10% you have file and pursue divorce and custody case over the border easily thats not a big issue and all other things we can discuss if you want thanks
