Diverse application minimum gap between husband

Hini went dubai in 2020, after going to work. my wife quarreled with my mother (wife is not allowedto pickup my son)and gone to her mother's home. I didn't call her after going to her mother's home & she didn't call me. after 8 months she filed a false case in the police station and came back to my home. 5months afte my wife beat my mother and went to her mother's home and then filed a faulse complaint/case. nmy question is i am staying here in gulf country from last two years am I eligible to apply for divorce in Hindu law ( if husband and wife are separated for two years?)

Yes, you can apply for divorce based on the cruel acts of your wife. Filing false complaints with the police amounts to cruelty. If you have decided that there is no way to mend ties with your wife then you can go for divorce.

yes sir you are eligible to file the divorce petition in your resident area (your jurisdiction)directly you come to file the case Or power of attorney given to your mother( your blood relative) so your mother attend your divorce case
