Dissolution of marrige with in one year of marrige

It's been a week of our marrige, and we did not live a single a day as we wanted to conveince our parents. Now girls parents are not convencied and girl also want to dissolution of marrige. Can it be possible to dissolve the marrige and what is the minimum time period of dissolving the marrige? It is a hindu marrige
Sir there is a minimum time period of 1yr of separation for dissolution of marriage and this dissolution of marriage can be done by filling a mutual divorce in family court . Therefore in. Your case u can only finish your relationship by mutual divorce after having a separation of 1yr
