Dissolution of arya samajh marriage

Dear Sir,
One of my friend forcefully on the ground of threatening for life get married in arya samaj mandir by one of his friend. he is his working colleague. Now girl is in lot of mental stress she wanted to go to police and tell about this conditions but 5 months passed by.
Is there any process by which she can contact arya samjh mandir tell them about this situation and dilute the marriage and get out of it.
document issued by arya samajh is also with the person. is going to police and telling all this is good option as how could she proof his innocence. Or mutual divorce is the only option left

In general, once the marriage has been done in arya samaj, it has to be followed up with a certificate from Registrar of marriages.
A marriage certificate d by any Arya Samaj Mandir has no legal effect, except if a certificate was given by the person issuing the marriage certificate that he was a witness to the marriage.
Arya samaj marriages cannot get cancelled or divorce cannot happen in the arya samaj mandir, it only need to happen in the court, mandir are not proper authority to file an application for divorce.
Ask the parties to file for mutual consent divorce.
