I am a mother of two young boys & married since 20 years. My husband is a businessman. He has been facing a lot of losses in his business since many years. But I always stood by him & supported him & in these20 yrs of marriage we never had any major problems. But all of a I sudden I got a call from a lady who exposed that she is in relationship with my husband since 4 years. My husband confessed & said that he was trapped by her, he only wants his family. But I want his legal confrontation

You can file for divorce under Section 13(1)(i) of the Hindu Marriage Act for adultery or under Section 13(1)(ia) for mental cruelty. You may also seek maintenance, child custody, or mediation for resolution.
