For getting discharge for the relatives of husband who are staying far away from complainant, they have to make an appearance in that Court and then file discharge application before the same Judge. but a speedy remedy is to approach High Court to get quashing of case against them. You can choose any option.

consult your advocate if you have already one there are lot of Supreme Court citations which states when the parties have been made in the domestic violence case who are not staying with the couples from day one and only for the sake of making them as a party they should not suffer during the entire trial and prove all means that they are staying in a different place and not staying together
