How to File Discharge under DV Act 2005, When Relatives of husband are staying away from Wife in separate residence but they are also SUMMONED in the DV proceedings
For getting discharge for the relatives of husband who are staying far away from complainant, they have to make an appearance in that Court and then file discharge application before the same Judge. but a speedy remedy is to approach High Court to get quashing of case against them.
