DIR FILED BY MY EX-WIFE AFTER DIVORCE

Got ex-parte decree of divorce on 24.04.2017 based on cruelty and desertion Section 13(1)(ia)(ib). The P.O. filed the DIR on 16.05.2017. Challenged the uninvestigated and the biased DIR on 24.08.2017. The Magistrate forgot to conduct hearing.

domestic violence doesnt lie after finality of divorce but 125 crpc does, on this basis hearing can be sought for adjudication and dismissal and for relief many are not aware of the same but it needs to be dealt properly

after that, is there any date? is there any maintenance suite pending in the court? or 498 and 307 allegation is there in the f.i.r? without having any look of the record, I can't help you more than this, thank u
