What is the minimum time to take divorce after marriage if they agreed.
Dear Client,
As per the details provided by you my suggestions would be that the husband and wife should be living separately for a period of minimum one year only then the petition for divorce under mutual consent can be filed.
And after six months from the date of filing the said application for divorce the same will be taken up for hearing by the Court.

It usually takes 7 to 8 months when both parties are agreeable, the statutory period is 6 months of separation after which final hearing happens over filing affidavit in chief and both parties have to appear before the judge and divorce decree is passed
