Difference in exparte evidence

I want to know is there any difference in naffidavits in normal proceeding petitioner evidence and exparte evidence ..both affidavits are different in dv case
no Gen it's not .. if a party has filed two affidavits then the party against whom same is filed that party can take benefit of it .... rest can be seen after going thru the contents of entire record of the case and affidavits

No there is no difference in An affidavit filed for leading evidence in Normal proceedings where the respondent is appearing and in the exparte proceedings. Evidence by way of affidavit would be the same
