Did marriage under Special marriage act

I belong to ST caste i did my first marriage with jain girl and we registered it
After 7 years she is not living with me
And not ready to give divorce
Can a ST caste person do second marriage without getting divorce?

नहीं यह पॉसिबल नहीं है आपको डाइवोर्स तो लेना ही होगा तो आप आपसी सहमति से ले सकते हैं जब आपके बीच विवाद हैं तो इसमें कोई आपत्ती नहीं है आप जो बात कह रहे हैं की ऐसी का व्यक्ति सेकंड मैरिज कर सकता है क्या तो वह संभव नहीं है इसलिए आप पहले अपनी पत्नी से पूछना है की क्या वह आपसी सहमति से तलाक देने को तैयार है अगर वह तैयार नहीं हो तो फिर आप स्वयं अकेले ही विवाह विच्छेद की प्रार्थना पत्र न्यायालय में पेश कर सकते हैं और इस आधार पर तलाक ले सकते हैं कि आप दोनों के बीच अब कोई संबंध नहीं बचा है ना ही आप दोनों पिछले कई सालों से साथ रहते हैं दांपत्य जीवन खत्म हो चुका है इस आधार पर आपको डाइवोर्स की बिक्री मिल जाएगी.
