Q: Divorce- Fake dowry and harassment case & Anticipatory Bail
I want divorce as wife's cheating & No good behavior with family. Of cheating- only call records & couple of wtsapp chat s.shots. as proof. Now i want to know what if they file Fake dowry nd harassment case against family? Will we get anticipatory bail or not? Note- Marriage is of over 7 yrs with No child yet.thanks

Now bail is easily available in cases of false dowry and harassment and as per the Supreme Court guidelines the police cannot even arrest you and still if you feel something is wrong then you can take anticipatory bail easily.
Q: Hike in Maintenance Charges without giving justification
I live in an apartment where a service provider provides maintenance services and raises invoices in the name of individual flat owners. Recently, RWA decided to hike the maintenance charges by 25%, which was recovered more than 01 year ago. Calculation/justification/grounds was not shared by RWA. Now neither the service provider nor RWA is ready to give details/grounds/justification for the rate hike and collection for the previous period. Is there any legal remedy ???

yes you can go in consumer court first for unnecessary extra charges and second in civil court against committee members for change members by fare election . otherwise apko bar bar aisa face karna hoga
