I am writing behalf of my sister, she is seperate from her husband from past 3years, now he forcing to live with him, she is not interested to live with him. He may be threatened in future,what step can take in this situation
then you can file divorce petition better immediately either if he does not given mutual consent .ethir you can file contested petition divorce court will send notice ethir you can give police complaints

She may file Domestic violence case under section 12 of DV Act and get stay order and thus she may even ask the court to throw the hunband from her mayriminial house. She can file Maintenance case and 498A IPC.In no case court will support her husband.
