Details on divorce notice from my wife

My wife has sent me a divorce notice, alleging that I have financially tortured her for money and used her income over the past year. While I have used her money, I haven't inflicted any form of torture. I don't want a divorce and I'm desperate to see my daughter daily. I can't imagine life without both my wife and daughter. Until we receive counseling from the court, would it be acceptable for me to stay near my wife's house and have daily visits with my daughter and wife

hi first need to see the contents of the notice received and you need to reply to the said notice denying those allegations as false and without any basis and yes you could stay at place near to your wife house
