Denying sex after marriage for 10months without a valid reason

Hi Team, I am into arranged marriage. There was no sex or commensuation of marriage so far from my wife. She is not giving the right reasons. Its been 10months already. How can i proceed? I feel cheated and not interested in this marriage anymore.

Non consummation of marriage for such a long time calls for some attention. Did you consult with the elders from both sides? If you want to continue with the marriage then you should involve family elders to sort the things out. If you are towards divorce then after completion of one year of marriage you can file a petition for divorce.

sex without marriage life is anatheema as pronounced by the Supreme Court of India you cannot wait a single day when your partner is dengen your sexual intercourse in such kind of matter it is you should decide a whether you are going to leave without sex with your wife you want to depart from here as per the law provided that such kind of marriage is nallenvoid because not consumption of marriage and without section intercourse the marriage is not fully consumerted

You can terminate the marriage for this reason of non consummation., It’s noted that the essential ingredient of marriage is cohabiting , while if that being deprived , then court of law is the remedy for you, Abandonment or otherwise called desertion is the ground of it File a divorce approaching a lawyer, however desertion comes with certain ifs and buts , u need to check on it
