Demand of divorce from husband family

My husband neither want to continue the relationship nor he want to initiate the divorce from his side nor he want to give any kind of alimony . Since three years am at my parent house, he want me to send divorce paper. My inlaws are not allowing me to enter my matrimonial house, there is continous demand for dowry and physical abusement

you need to file domestic violence case to get the appropriate relief physical abuse, dowry, entering matrimonial home and maintenance all shall be covered moreso in laws cannot evict daughter in law from mstrimonial home says court

you can go for asking maintenance from your husband before Court. you can also go for divorce where he would be bound to pay alimony to you. you have every right to enter and stay in your Matrimonial house. Please come with all the documents so that we can go ahead if you wish to

it won't create much difference if you initiate divorce proceedings against him if he is guilty of wrong under the statute. only thing is if you initiative the burden of proof will be on you. but first file a suit for restitution of conjugal right if you want to go back to your matrimonial home. even if he doesn't take you despite court order he will be automatically found guilty of court order and you can get divorce with full alimony. also protection order and residense order can be obtained if you want. also maintenance can be obtained for you in case you want. consult a lawyer who can take you through all these different options
