defemation case legal advise and divorce case

wife left the matrimonial house in few days without any reason. later on local investigation, came to she had affair before marriage which continued even after marriage. i know she has affair but no credible evidence like call records and all. i even know who is that man is with whom she has affair. I am facing a huge insult in office and society due to this. if they are loving each other, why they spoil my life. what option i have ...... shall court or police help in investigating this to get evidence through call records. whether i should send a legal notice to that guy as well for defamation because due to your bad acts and wrong planning, my life is suffering a lot and dont know when i will get married again and all. complete life is like standstill now. Please help.

you can file either of the two cases depending on how you want to proceed with your marriage. 1. file restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of HMA, if you want your wife to return to the matrimonial household. 2. file for desertion if she has left without any cause should you have any questions feel free to contact me

It can be resolved mutually by the husband and wife together. Both can go for mutual divorce if they are not in a position to live together and the court can grant the liberty to initiate the same and can be a very faster way to move on.

If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you then rather dragging the relationship you should file for divorce against her on cruelty grounds. I would suggest for mutual divorce as it is less money consuming and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Adultery is not an offence any more, this ground can only be used as a ground during divorce ! You must go for social meetings and escalate things to your wife’s family and also educate your wife ! These are matrimonial disputes. You need to hire expert advocates in this regard !
