defamation against wife for false statement in public

Im seperated from past 2years. wife is in Germany, and i am back to india. iN family court Im seeking for Conjugal Rights. recently my wife in an interview has mentioned about me stating ex-husband both written and audio and shared in social media even before getting divorce.
Can i file a defamation against her for such statement ?
you can certainly file defamation against her even if the divorce matter is pending before Court. one such matter he is already with my colleague and another matter is now in our office. if you so want I can assist you in this matter.

Definately you can file defamation case against her and also you can file other cases and thus you have every right to file both civil and criminal case and can claim huge compensation. Please bring all your documents and history of the case for further guidance.

4.in family court seeking Restitution of Conjugal Rights
Things doesn't make sense, as even if the court orders it and she is Germany how would it help your case , cause the Corpus in your case the wife has to be within India for the court order to work and thirdly what's the use of filing defamation, when you have filed for Restitution of Conjugal Rights, things doesn't align , sincerely please find a lawyer who can help and guide your future
