Decree Talaq Certificate Issued By Kazi

I am Muslim person.i divorced her by talaq e ahasan.Now kazi issued a divorce certificate.is it neccessary to get decree from court? If yes then how it would be..suggest me

dear client as per your query how did your marriage take place if it was done by special marriage act then you need to take divorce from court under special marriage act what is your jurisdiction place...

Yes, it is necessary to get a decree from court, otherwise your divorce is not valid. Then you need to file a divorce case in the court of your jurisdiction and get the decree as early as possible. That both of you file mutual divorce.

Was your marriage registered? if yes then you go to court and file divorce caes, and not registered then must needed kazi decleration then filling divorce case, and submitted your decleration certificate in court
