Dear client, U can’t shift her because it is her matrimonial home. Rest depends on the entire circumstances eg. where your brother is living,hw long they have been separated etc . Plz share more details to be assisted further. Thanks

Hello ma'am, Your sister in law can only make claims against your brother and not against your father. So even if she is asking, that does not entitle her for any share over your father's property. You can do one thing to safeguard yourself from any kind of humiliation at the hands of hands of your sister in law by making a complaint that she is harassing your old parents to the Police. This is to safeguard you, if by chance your sister in law moves to the Court with false claims. Best, Sishmita

There are two types of properties one is ancestral and another is Self earned so if it's your fathers property bhabhi cannot claim any share in it so it would be better if you file injunction suit against her thank you
