What is the procedure of legally taking custody from mutual consent in a living in relationship (when both partners want to separate)

firstly enter into a written compromise qua separation and child, then for giving legal effect to the same need to formally file a court case declaring yourself as the legal custodian and guardian of the child

hello,the parents of the kid have to execute a proper adoption deed in the presence of marginal witnesses and it should also be registered along with other legal formalities . the person taking adoption must also fulfill the legal requirements.
