Was there any condition related to the custody of your daughter in the divorce decree or regarding your visits to meet her? It all depends upon the conditions in the decree and if not then you do have legal remedies available.

in the divorce decree have u obtained visitation rights then you can certainly enforce your visitation rights. if not then you will have to file an application in court for visitation rights as the biological father of the child. call me, I will see how I can help you. Adv. Jenal busa

Yes you can lodge criminal application in court as per the provisions of criminal procedure code for illegalDetention. Court will issue summons through police station to opposite party to keep present child before court. Also you can apply under Guardians and wards act.
