Custodian of adult son, 22years

I am a working woman of 53years old. My son is 22years old and an engineer graduate. May I leave my husband with my son without his consent? Before leaving house I shall write a letter that we are leaving house and will mention reasons.If my husband make an FIR against me, what type of action police and law may take? Here both of us are adult persons.

on what section in fir given by police? which police station in ur area? kindly contact with me for proper guidance and legal action i will guide u. u can went to the nearest p s and lodge gde against ur husband.

Mam, as you are an adult and your son too, the question of custody depends on your son only. you can leave the house but you need to calculate the next steps and your husband's steps before leaving that house. you and your son both need to do a lot of homework before taking any step. detailed discussion is necessary.
