I want to divorce my wife on the grounds of cruelty. I have evidences accordingly. however, she claims to have a video of me mast****ting while watching a porn site. n1.Will this video be considered as an adultery? n2. She is PG in Physiotherapy when I'm an undergraduate. Lets say, in the worst case scenario, the adultery is proved, will I still be asked to pay the maintenance / Alimony since I'm earning and she is not, at this moment ?? n2. Can I upload my profile as " awaiting divorce" on matrimonial site post filing divorce petition in court?

These reason can't be ground of adultery. She can go and can file number of criminal applications for the sake of maintenance. It's not so easy for her to get divorce. You should go and file the petition for restitution of conjugal rights.

No that will not be considered as adultery. Seeing porn is a normal thing and masturbation is also a normal phenomenon of human life. so even if she is having any video that will not be considered as adultery ground. yes she can claim maintenance from u if she is not working. Don't upload your photo on any matrimonial site as she will use it against u.
