Sir crpc 125 not give maintenance and 15 day punishment in jail. Can I get govt job any problem plz answer me sir/madam
yes if you have criminal case in your name then you willl not get govt job (if your having criminal case in your name) and if you have compromise with your wife and closed the criminal case then you have to move other wise problems will occure

It is not punishment and such visit to JL on non payment of maintainance amount cannot be considered as punishment in criminal case due to powerty you are unable to pay the amount. you can get government job without any hurdle
