Critical Case of brainwashing & provoking child against parents

Hi Team. My Sister is 24 and recently she told us that she married with someone in court however when we filed an affidavit to get details of marriage the registrar told us that there is no record. Me & my parents ask about the documents but they said there is no marriage registered. When we ask my sister she said she did it however she doesn't have any document, the boy have. I ask the boy but he is denying that he will share it. He was a married man nd have a child as well. His ex wife died last year & since then he had an affair with my sister. He brain washed my sister nd even sending whatsapp messages of putting her into mental tension. I m in need of assistance please help

hello as the matter you have poated here is a mattee od grave attension this iaaue ai very serious in natute in this manner as no proof of marriage is been ahown to you by couple so youbare having a chance to seprate tye couple they are not legally weded till now they are just going to do so you are having an option to get it stop abd save your daughter

Hello I have perused your query. in these circumstances you have an option to file a criminal complaint against that person under section 200 crpc for criminal intimidation.
