Criminal case against husband for abuse/dowry/not returning jewellery

My in-laws had demanded for dowry and husband asked for divorce. Mental abuse/torture was there. I had filed a divorce in Oct,2021, and my jewellary worth 10lakhs is with my in-laws and they are not returning it. Also, they have not responded to divorce, and I will be granted ex-partite divorce in the next hearing. Can I now withdraw my divorce and file a criminal case on husband and in-laws for not returning my jewellery?

dear client as per your query since your divorce case is pending now you can file the domestic violence act against your in laws and husband and also file for return of your jewellery whatever is there you can consult me online...

if your husband wants divorce then how come you are running the divorce. you should not proceed with the divorce if you do not want to have divorce and you should immediately withdraw your case and file a case for recovery of your jewellery under section 406 IPC.
