courts not looking into the matter with an open eyes.

It was a arrange marriage, occurred in the month of may 2014, it completes 8 years. In those 8 years, my wife hardly stays 3 months in her married home. since past 4 years she file multiple maintenance petition in multiple courts. At magistrate court without my presence court ordered for interim maintenance. Without hearing or considering my side of the story.She is not going to stay, but in court she stays silent not replying to judges question.when ask about all the potential reasons.I even proposed an offer of divorce. but to that also she doesn't reply I have many questions unanswered by my lawyer.1: How do I get a divorce (laws which can help)n2: Can I give lesser amount in maintenance (I have my family to look after) court is overlookingn3: Not considering section 9 (already tried)n4: If in case in future she agrees for divorce by mutual consent or through any other means in future how fast can it be done.5: It's all under Hindu marriage act.3:

Sorry to know about your situation. You got to contest every such case before court of law. Instruct Your counsel to positively look after your case. You hve too many questions, that needs discussion with a lawyer...
