you will get summon after some time so please don't worry. if you want to appear in court then you can go for it but you have to take bail from the court. so it is advisable to appoint any lawyer on your behalf who can look after the matter without showing his presence on record of file and inform you the progress of the case on date wise. At present due to Corona pandemic no courts is taking any adverse action against the opposite party on the basis of direction of hon'ble high court. if you need any further information or clarification then please contact me
