Court notice to appear for divorce notice applied

26-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have applied for divorce 13-b in 2015 and the cross is happening now. Since I got the job abroad I am not able to appear for the case. What will happen if I don’t appear despite the court notice is received today.

Dear Sir, It seems he filed Divorce on the ground of desertion. If you did not give your evidence then your case will be dismissed. Better try to appoint Power of Attorney on your behalf or attend the Court on the evidence day and complete the same. Alternatively, you may try for video recording of your evidence.
