Court Notice Through Newspaper

Hi, I am male applied for divorce under section 13a contest divorce and after 2 notice judge has instructed to do paper publication and in between I got court Notice from my wife but i refused to take it for first time, 1) if i receive court Notice through my wife next time should I accept it or not 2) if i accept what necessary steps should I take 3) i have already file divorce case what will happened to my case if i accept my wife case. 4) she can file maintanence case in her place without appearing in my divorce case. 5) she can file divorce case and maintenance case together? .If any further information pls provide me

Dear Sir, You have done a mistake by rejecting notice sent by the Court of behalf of your wife. If it was notice sent by court then your refusal will be taken as deemed service and you will placed ex-parte and inteim maintenance may be granted. Just get paper publication and proceed with your case and also appoint one Advocate on your behalf in all the cases filed by your wife otherwise exparte orders will be passed against you.

if you have filed a case of divorce against wife you should be getting properly girl advice from your advocate regarding accepting of notice sent by our wife. probably you are not seeking advice from your advocate because not accepting a notice from your wife will only spoil your case -
