Court marriage procedure in karnataka for Christians

I want to do court marriage in bangalore,karnataka under special marriage Act but don't want parents to know. Will the marriage registrar publish my marriage notice in newspaper as per procedure because parents will read newspaper and will nknow and they will torture me.

To get married underer Special Marriages Act you have to submit an application with the marriage registrar along with your ID proof and photos and some certificate for age proof and you should be a resident of the area. The matter will not be pubnished in a newspaper but only be put up in a notice board.

okay I understand your questions you are ready to make court marriage like rigistet marriage right so your parents not agree your marriage there fore you have to ready for legalt right yes it is possible under special marriage Act it will done so both girl and noy age is complete 21 years then only will take marriage it is mandatory of you need any legal help contact me thank you
