Sir Isme unhone Shayad domestic violence ka case lagaya hai ya fir 498A IPC. In don’t cases ko aap ko properly defend karna chahiye. Domestic violence ka case court mein jata h. 498A me pehle complaint jati hai Police Ke pas. Waha settlement ki baat karate h police officer. Agar settlement nahi hoti to FIR register hoti hai or charge sheet ke bad case court me jata hai. Aap jo notice aya h wo bhejeye uske according mai aap ko better advice kar payungi.
