Like let's say someone slaps you.Should you pursue it legally and try to punish the perpetrator or should you forget and move on?What would you do ?

Dont move on. Be a good citizen and make your lawyer richie rich. You can file so many applications and make him pay for what he did to you. Criminal force insult harming your reputation. Ultimately justice will be served.

Q: Can I file for Divorce from Male side

I married in January 2022. Since last September, my wife has been living separately. The relationship has deteriorated mainly due to financial trust issues.She took money from my family without prior discussion and had also not disclosed certain past financial liabilities. We have bank transaction records as proof, but there are no loan documents or WhatsApp/chat conversations available.Can I initiate divorce proceedings at this stage?

Q: What is best way to for NRI to depart India without hurdle

Some person was harassed by police inquiry on arrival in Mumbai at airport and then also one week later. Later, someone filed Cr Complaint and lookout Notice was placed to prevent him from departing India. Police earlier mentioned to him that Lookout Notice has been lifted.What is best way for NRI to depart with official clearance to avoid hassle at airport departure.

Q: Found Photos of Wife with a Man Online on a Website

I recently found photos of my wife hugging and kissing some guy on internet with very offensive and derogatory remarks about her. I was thinking of using them in court cases against me. But the photos have been deleted since then. Is it advisable for me to use those photos in court alleging adultery along with the screenshot of the post with highly derogatory remarks against her. I don't know who has posted them or their genuineness. Will it help me in anyway or instead her in getting sympathy.

Something that is in public domain or was in public domain can be used in the court of law without there being any repercussions for the same. Contact the particular website and get that video. Just a question though what were you doing on that website??

Q: Counter claim by respondent in divorce case

Respondent has filed written counter but not submitted any counter claim and divorce is contested. Case went on for 3 years. Now respondent wants divorce but tactically petitioner is trying to withdraw her petition or get case dismissed by not attending. Now case is in stage of cross examination of mw3. Will judge allows respondent counter claim to proceed for divorce. Or can respondent ask judge to close petitioner side evidence and start respondent chief. Plz clarify

In case the other side has only filed written statement and no counter claim has been filed officially, no such counter claim can ever be considered as there is no counter claim officially. Rest assured these seem to be delaying tactics at this stage therefore it is completely upto the judge of the family court has become an emotional court rather than a court of law.
