We have gotten a registered marriage done with no ceremony and no event to publicly announce that we are married. So nobody knows that we are married. How do I file for a divorce now?

Dear Sir,
As it is registered so you have to file divorce case in the Family Court and get it cancelled the registration otherwise you cannot marry for second time. You can go for mutual divorce which is more economical and less time consuming.
