Hi,nnI need judgement copy of 2 cases (One file by my husband and another me) from Family court Bangalore.My lawyer is not cooperating.nnIs it possible to get by directly applying for it or can any other lawyer get it for me
If you are party in the case Filed by your husband you are having every right to get copies of the same. (except unmarked ones)So also you have absolute right In the Case filed by You.(except Unmarked douuments). your lawyer will not be required.

You can get the copies if the judgments already pronounced and you can get the same by filing the Affidavit ID proofs etc. in person. Otherwise you have to share your ID proof Affidavit and Vakalath if necessary and other formalities and get any Advocate online or approach my office in person.
