Court Case Stage showing W.S without appearance

HiA case had been filed by opponent for maintenance u/s 125 and only first date had occurred on 1st week june and notice was not severed to me tll. Today when i got to know about case and checked status its showing case stage as "W.S" for next hearing date rather than "apperance" of june last week. Is there any conspiracy going on as neither notice got served to me on my address nor i had appeared. Please advice.

To further advise you on the same, the court file needs to be inspected and orders passed till date needs to be procured. There might be a possibility that the petitioner got you served on some other address and satisfies the court. You may engage a lawyer else it would ruin your defense.

Yes…it can be a conspiracy played by the opposite counsel to mark you absent and convince the court that the party is not coming and thus issue warrants against you. If the status is showing WS then you must appear with the written statement on the next date of hearing. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

if the copy of the case is not served to you there may a conspiracy against you to obtain an ex-parte order which can't be reversed even upon your appeal to higher courts you need to have a lawyer who can represent you in court and pray for some to file written statement on your behalf in court concerned.

If your address is correct as per the case, then there is no point waiting for the same ! Anyways sooner or the later u have to appear in this case so better u hire expert advocate immediately n do u home work as per the legalities …b in touch
