Counter for objection not possible in bangalore court?

I have filed pettition in bangalore court for divorce on oct 2018 mediation completed, respondent filed objection on sep 2019 my lawyer said next hearing will be arguement and said no possibility of filing counter for objection in bangalore court is it true? I believe he is cheating , advocates working in bangalore please reply for this query

Counter to counter not allowed normally. But of you have new case tgen you can file it. But most of the trial judges do not allow such counters. If it is rejected then you can submit the same in your arguments.

Yes sir, there is no provision to file counter objections. The Petition filed by you with specific reason and grounds. The Respondent has to file objections to your petition. If the Respondent has made various galse allegations upon you, then you have option to file rejoinder application for further pleadings in the form of counter objections to the objections of respondent. The said application to be filed with permission of the court. Ask your advocate to file rejoinder application for further pleadings to the petition.
