Counselling, enquiry in sub court

Is Counselling compulsory or optional or will i don't even get it? The respondent requested for counselling and I am not interested. The case is in the Alandur subcourt. Will i get counselling? Next hearing date : 20.4.2022 Next purpose : Enquiry What is enquiry mean? Will i have to go to the box for enquiry (or) will i get a mandatory/compulsory counsellling (or) will the respondent file reply affidavit and just paper exchange? I just wanted to know what will happen here in 20.4.2022

In the sub court alandur, counseling is not compulsory. Only in the district family courts counseling is compulsory. In your case, the respondent preferred counseling and that why counseling is arranged. You can always express your unwillingness to counseling. Enquiry is like argument made by your lawyer.

you have to consult your advocate for the doubts happened you. if you are not believing in your advocate professional services then you have to charge the advocate by getting proper instructions from him
