Do not touch the Section 9 - Restitution of Conjugal Rights Case at all. Let the hearing take place ex parte(ie without you at the hearing). Section 9 case is when your husband has approached the court to make you live with him or at your marital home.
(This advice is when you do not want to live with your husband). If you do, then the court will pass a simple decree and you will have to live with him.

If you want to live separately, file for Divorce under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act ASAP in your current city itself. Section 19 of Hindu Marriage Act allows for that.

You mustn't bother transferring a useless Section 9 case if your intention is to separate.
