Conviction rate in DV Case after Acquittal received from 498a.

26-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Just had a small doubt as to what are the chances of conviction in a Domestic Violence case where wife has used same allegations that were used in 498a in which husband and his family have been acquitted sue to lack of evidence and proper supporting documents for the allegations made by wife.

Well, in such a case, chances of conviction are low, if no additional charges have been framed under the DV Case and no evidence in support of such charges have been presented in the List of Documents filed with the Petition.
