Contesting a divorce, under mental cruelty and I am having three month
31-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I was married on sept 12 2019.i stayed with my husband with my in-laws for 5 months. I was pregnant during the time. When I came to parents house for delivery he has sent me a notice(under mental cruelty) during my maternity leave. He filed the petition on the date when my new born was admitted in hospital for high fever. He has been using my finances till my seventh month of pregnancy and showed no sign of divorce. His parents and he has blocked all contacts and communication. I do not want a divorce. My son is only 6months old. They did not allow me in our matrimonial house. So I got transferredto my parents house. His allegations were I was ill-treating me, his parents, he was not interested in marriage, we did not respect him properly, I wake up late and talk to my parents daily over phone, I threated him to book him in dowry harassment, tried for sucide(which I did not), not doing domestic chores(I am employed), ordering and eating outside food like that.
first payment to go through the petition the reality is made nearly wear and Tear of the everyday life is not the creality law defines what is reality and continuous reality is the only ground for the divorce so first you must see the petition and you also have an option to file the restitution of conjugal rights against your husband to live together and through the court you can amicable Saturday matter by the way of divorce or by way of reunion
