Contesting a Divorce against an Non Resident Indian Hindu Husband

Respected Experts Regards to you. My husband is an Indian citizen with Australian Permanent residency I am an Australian Citizen with an OCI cardholder and I have a minor Son . we got married in India under the Hindu marriage act and special marriage act. Myself and my son have initiated proceedings at Chennai against my husband not to Initiate Divorce in Australian Courts prior to his Divorce application in Australian Courts and an injunction order against him. The proceedings are also related to matrimonial disputes, property, and custody.However, my husband initiated the Divorce proceedings in Australia and I contested based on the Jurisdiction however the Australian Courts did not consider the Indian jurisdiction.Despite the Injunction order by the Indian Courts granted the Divorce. Now i have made an appeal without a lawyer to stay the Divorce. He is charged with IPC 498A, 504, 506,34. when the Injunctio order is in Place is it legal to grant Divorce. My chances to win.
First thing you should file anything yourself …! If u try to become advocate yourself u will end up putting hammer on your own feet! Let the experts do there work n pay their fee accordingly! Second if your husband is charged IPC CHARGES..it has nothing to do with divorce case ..b in touch
